This 4 1/16" wide slat features a 3/32" peg along the top edge, extending 3/16" beyond each side of the slat.
The Absolute Measurements Are:

Manufactured via fusion deposition modeling, this slat is produced using ASA plastic, which can be sanded and painted to match existing installation

After ordering replacement louvers from Amazon that turned out to be a brittle plastic and warped after the first use, we were skeptical about any other replacement parts. The louvers from Louver Lovers turned out to be great. They are the correct size and are a flexible plastic. Great product.

Exactly what was needed for the repair!
I ordered the smallest size available on the site and after first receiving a slat that was too large, the error was quickly remedied. The second slat fit perfectly and was very easy to install. The plastic has just the right amount of bend for my dryer vent. Recommended.
