We had a broken louvre on our outside dryer vent. Home Depot and other stores only offer parts to replace entire vent and they changed the style which didn’t fit the existing vent. Replacing the whole vent was not necessary. Google search found louvre lovers… it was perfect the louvre just snapped right in, color was perfect and size was spot on! This was my first time ordering from Louver Lovers. I thought the website made it pretty easy to make sure I ordered the correct size louver. I received it a few days later and it was completely the wrong size. I requested a replacement and they were very prompt to apologize and get the correct size louver mailed out.
