I had to replace a couple of slats on my existing dry vent cover because they had warped and wouldn't close. I ordered a full set of four replacement slats, and they arrived quickly. They were exactly as described, fit perfectly, and function as they should.

I had an issue with a couple of the louvers where the tips of the louvers had to be about 1/16” longer on both ends. I texted them and Greg called me back immediately. I spoke to him about what problem I was having and he went to work on getting the situation corrected. Greg kept me updated, later that afternoon he contacted me and said the new correct size louvers have been made and they will be shipped out the next day. I received them a couple of days later, and I went outside and the new louvers fit perfect. It is so nice to deal with someone who cares and is willing to go above and beyond what we are all used to lately.
