Manufactured via fusion deposition modeling, this slat is produced using ASA plastic, which can be sanded and painted to match existing installation

I required custom size slats for dryer vent. I spoke to Greg on the phone and I sent him pictures and measurements. Greg was able to fulfill order by the next day and I received slats with 3 days. They fit perfectly. Great customer service! Other companies could learn from this one.

I ordered two flat replacement louvers with custom dimensions. Both were received and looked OK. I easily installed one, at the bottom of a four-louver exhaust. The top three originals are curved. During a dryer run, all four opened, although the top three opened further -- I think the older, top ones are lighter and the curvature may affect air flow, etc. All four properly close. So, I think this replacement louver is OK. I appreciated the reasonable cost and standard delivery time. Thank You. I may consider ordering a louver or two with curvature, in the future.
