Manufactured via fusion deposition modeling, this slat is produced using ASA plastic, which can be sanded and painted to match existing installation
Excellent customer service! I contacted Louver Lovers because I had ordered a set of slats that were the correct slat size for a standard fit but discovered the pegs needed to be a little longer to work for my vent. I contacted Louver Lovers and explained my problem to Gregory who responded very quickly. Gregory customized my order to lengthen the pegs. Within a couple of days the order was at my door and the slats were a perfect fit!

I feel lucky to have found this business. I needed replacement louvers for my dryer vent that was installed in 1989. I found that the louver dimensions required a custom design, so I wrote a description of the louver dimensions from examples of descriptions on Louver Lovers website. The company response was very quick and within a week the louvers arrived. The louver dimensions matched the old louvers perfectly and they fit into the dryer vent frame as well as the originals.
The first set I ordered were slightly short & one blew away. I contacted the company & Greg was so helpful in making another set that was longer. Those came quick & work perfectly. I would certainly order from him in the future.
