This was my first time ordering from Louver Lovers. I thought the website made it pretty easy to make sure I ordered the correct size louver. I received it a few days later and it was completely the wrong size. I requested a replacement and they were very prompt to apologize and get the correct size louver mailed out. They even refunded 50% of my order for the “inconvenience”. Everyone makes mistakes, but it’s how you go about correcting said mistake that shows what kind of company you are. I will definitely use them again!.
