Got these for a bathroom vent fan on a cottage. I measured very carefully and the new louvers were the same size as the old ones. But, for some reason, they just don't fit snug enough and sometimes the top ones fell out. (I'm thinking that the old ones may have shrunk a bit in the hot sun.) When I made Louver Lovers aware of my situation, they immediately offered to send another set of louvers that were slightly larger. I received them, popped them in and they fit great, nice and snug. They sent a return shipping doc and I returned the first ones I received. I'm 100% happy with the product and the service that stands behind it!
