Unfortunately due to manufacturing capabilities, maximum slat size will be limited to 10 1/2" at the widest dimension.

Manufactured via fusion deposition modeling, this slat is produced using ASA plastic, which can be sanded and painted to match existing installation
I had a custom order to replace one of my slats for my vent, came ready to install and worked well for my needs. Highly recommend!
