Unfortunately due to manufacturing capabilities, maximum slat size will be limited to 10 1/2" at the widest dimension.
This item is for ordering individual slats of a custom size. Please, prior to ordering, contact shop and communicate your desired dimensions. Once it is established that the order can be fulfilled as requested, then use this listing as a means of purchase.
Manufactured via fusion deposition modeling, this slat is produced using ASA plastic, which can be sanded and painted to match existing installation

Greg went all out to make sure we got the slat that fit. He created himself. Love it.
My special order of the slats came within two weeks and it only took me five minutes to get them in place. The quality of the slats exceeded my expectation and I would order more for the rest of my vents.
