ATTENTION! Please double check your measurements! If your louver is warped, make sure it is placed flat against a surface prior to checking dimensions! This louver is often mistaken with one slightly wider:

This 4 3/8" wide slat features a 3/32" peg offset from the top edge, extending 3/16" beyond each side of the slat.
The Absolute Measurements Are:
• 4 11/16" Total Width (pegs included)
• 4 3/8" Slat Width (without pegs)

• 3/16" Peg Length
• 3/32" Peg Diameter

Manufactured via fusion deposition modeling, this slat is produced using ASA plastic, which can be sanded and painted to match existing installation

These worked great! Our old vent flaps had cracked and these were a simple easy fix that was much more cost effective than replacing the vents. It was great that it came in the custom size we needed.
I finally found the offset vent slat that perfectly fit. This is the only site that offers it. Did minor sanding of the insert pegs to smoothen it to make it open and close without getting stuck. Well made. Thank you
